2. Order Placement and Contract Formation

  • Eligibility: By placing an order, you warrant that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts.

  • Order Confirmation: After placing an order, you will receive an automatic email acknowledging receipt of your order. This acknowledgement does not mean that your order has been accepted.

  • Contract Acceptance: The contract between us (Deksol s.p.) and you (the buyer) is formed only when the products are dispatched and a shipping confirmation email is sent to you.

3. Prices, Currency, and Payments

  • Currency: All prices on the website are quoted in Euros (€).

  • VAT: Prices include VAT where applicable, unless stated otherwise based on your billing location (e.g., EU reverse charge for businesses).

  • Price Changes: We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. However, changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

  • Payment Methods: We accept the following payment methods:

    • Stripe (Credit/Debit Cards)

    • PayPal

    • Direct Bank Transfer (Predračun / Proforma Invoice): Orders will only be processed after the full payment is received in our bank account.

4. Shipping and Delivery

  • Delivery Partner: All shipments are processed and delivered via our logistics partner, GLS.

  • Delivery Area: We ship to addresses within the European Union.

  • Shipping Times & Costs: Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on the destination country.

  • Damaged Goods: If a package arrives visibly damaged, please report it immediately to the courier or contact us at info@effishine.eu within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.

5. Right of Withdrawal & Returns (Consumer Protection)

In accordance with EU consumer protection laws, EU consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

  • Withdrawal Period: The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day you, or a third party indicated by you, acquire physical possession of the goods.

  • Notification: To exercise your right to withdraw, you must inform us via email at info@effishine.eu with a clear statement.

  • Condition of Goods: You must return the products unused, undamaged, in their original packaging, and with all original seals intact. If the items (such as deionization resins or systems) have been used with water or altered, they are no longer eligible for a refund due to health, safety, and operational reasons.

  • Return Shipping Costs: You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

  • Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we will refund all payments received from you (excluding extra delivery costs resulting from your choice of a non-standard delivery) within 14 days using the same payment method you used for the initial transaction.

6. Warranty and Liability

  • Legal Warranty: All technical products come with a mandatory legal warranty against conformity defects in accordance with Slovenian and EU law.

  • Limitation of Liability: Deksol s.p. shall not be held liable for any damages resulting from improper use, installation, or handling of Effishine filtration systems contrary to the provided user instructions.

7. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

  • Governing Law: These Terms and Conditions and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Slovenia.

  • Online Dispute Resolution (ODR): The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution, which you can access here: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

8. Changes to Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, change or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions by posting updates and changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check our website periodically for changes.
