Warranty Policy

All products sold on www.effishine.eu come with a 2-year warranty covering material and manufacturing defects.

What is covered?

  • Defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

  • If a part fails due to a manufacturing defect, we will replace it free of charge.

What is NOT covered?

  • Damage caused by improper handling, misuse, or impact.

  • Natural wear and tear from regular usage.

  • Issues caused by using non-original resin replacements.

We also offer spare parts and replacements, which can be arranged on a case-by-case basis.

We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you can return a product within 30 days of receipt for a full refund. The item must be in its original condition and unused.

Exceptions:

  • Opened filter cartridges and resin refill bags cannot be returned, as they are considered used once their packaging is opened.

  • Any items damaged due to misuse or mishandling are not eligible for return.

Return Shipping Costs:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
